Service
Below are each of our wonderful service groups here at Siena. Take some time and learn a little bit about what each group or opportunity has to offer and what they have been up to in the Siena community and beyond.

Share the WarmthSiena Heights partners every year with Share the warmth. Their mission is "to operate a year-round emergency homeless shelter providing a safe, welcoming environment while partnering with community services to encourage self-sufficiency.We strive to be a leading partner in Lenawee County ensuring that no individual or family ever has to spend the night outdoors because they cannot find safe shelter. We intend to be that beacon of hope for the homeless that provides a compassionate environment as our guests take the path forward."

Habitat for HumanitySiena has a habitat chapter on campus, and also offers volunteer opportunities to anyone on campus. There is also an alternative spring break trip every year to partner with Habitat chapters in Florida and volunteer during spring break. Habitats mission is to "strengthen communities, restore homes, revitalize local neighborhoods and invest in our neighbor’s quest to become a homeowner."

All are invited to participate. Siena Athletics and SAAB partner to hold the Hunger Game and support the food drive.

Camp Sunshine The camp's mission is to inspire hope in families affected by life-threatening childhood illness through their unique, supportive program at their beautiful campus on Maine's Sebago Lake. Volunteers work a variety of positions in child-care, one-on-one assistance, kitchen support, or various sports and activities. This trip normally takes place early to mid-June.
